Screenshot to Speech works by taking a screenshot within your computer and then it recognises the words inside that screenshot. You are able to choose what part of your screen you want this app to read with a simple click and drag action using your mouse. It works best with plain backgrounds and it is designed to recognise common fonts.
Because it works using screenshots, it can recognise text from any program visible on your computer screen, for example web browsers, word processors or PDF viewers.
